Delete your RingStock account

Removes your account, every herd you own, and your photos from RingStock's servers. Herds you were invited to are not affected. This cannot be undone, so export a backup first if you want to keep your records.

In the browser or on Windows

1. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Delete account, click Delete my account…, confirm, and type DELETE.

Your account and data are removed immediately.

On the iPhone app

Settings → RingStock Account → Delete account. If your version doesn't show that option yet, use the browser steps above; it's the same account.

By email

If you can't sign in, email support@ringstock.online from the address on the account and we'll delete it within two business days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and email address
• Every herd you own: animals, photos, weights, feed, shows, health, contacts, buyers, money, calendar entries
• Your membership in herds other people own (their records stay with them)

Records kept on your phone without an account are only on the phone; deleting the app removes them.
