RingStock

Terms of Use

Effective September 7, 2026

These terms cover the RingStock apps and website ("RingStock"), made by H&R Ventures LLC. By using RingStock you agree to them. Plain language throughout; where it matters legally, the plain meaning is the intended one.

Your account

You need to be 13 or older to create an account. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account. If you share a herd with others, you're responsible for who you invite.

Your data

Your records are yours. We claim no rights to them beyond what's needed to store them and show them to you and the people you invite. You can export or delete them at any time. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to, and don't use RingStock to store other people's personal information without their permission.

Plans and payment

RingStock is free during its beta. When paid plans launch, prices will be shown before you subscribe, subscriptions will renew until cancelled, and cancellations and refunds will follow the rules of the store you bought through (Apple App Store or Google Play). Features included in each plan may change; we'll give notice before removing anything you're paying for.

What you may not do

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep RingStock running, but it can go down, and we may change or retire features. The phone app keeps working offline, and you can keep a backup file at any time; we recommend you do.

No professional advice

RingStock records what you tell it. Withdrawal days, doses, rations, and gain figures are your entries and estimates, not veterinary, nutritional, or financial advice. Check with your vet or extension office when it matters.

Warranty and liability

RingStock is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, H&R Ventures LLC is not liable for lost data, lost sales, missed entry deadlines, or other indirect losses arising from your use of RingStock. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending things

You can delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
